This Collaboration Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions of collaboration between the parties regarding the reception of pharmacy students for internships.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms of collaboration between Famulatureuropa, which connects students with internship opportunities, and the Pharmacy, which provides these internship placements, including training and mentorship for pharmacy students.

2. Student Placement

The Pharmacy is open to considering pharmacy student candidates selected by Famulatureuropa for a four (4) week internship. The Pharmacy can always choose to decline a candidate if they do not find the student to be a good fit for their team. During this time, the Pharmacy agrees to host just one student at a time to ensure they receive plenty of attention and support.

3. Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all personal and sensitive information shared between them during the course of this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, personal information of students applying for internships.

4. Data Sharing and Protection

Famulatureuropa will share the necessary personal information of the candidates with the Pharmacy solely for the purpose of arranging the internship. Both parties agree to handle and process all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Termination

The Pharmacy has the right to terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying Famulatureuropa.
